Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


Shipping Within South Africa

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including major cities, towns, rural areas, and emakhaya.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban & main areas: 3–5 working days

  • Rural areas / emakhaya: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and accessibility.


Rural & Remote Area Deliveries

Sabz Organics understands that not all locations are easily accessible.

  • Deliveries to rural and remote areas (emakhaya) are supported

  • Where standard courier routes are limited, special delivery arrangements can be made

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us if additional delivery assistance is required

We believe access to wellness should not be limited by geography.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to:

  • The United States

  • SADC regions

  • Other parts of Africa

  • Selected destinations worldwide

International delivery times typically range between 7–21 working days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier services.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, parcel size, and courier service

  • International shipping costs may be quoted separately

  • Any customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer


Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • All dispatched orders include tracking details

  • Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been shipped


Incorrect Address Information

Sabz Organics cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
